On Practicing

There is nothing more important than practicing when it comes to developing drawing skills.  To make you practice time efficient and develop those skill proficiently, you need to know what to practice.  So, learn the 12 principles of drawing, and during each of your practice sessions, focus you attention on one of those principles.

Here are those principles... 1. Simple Shapes  2. Negative Space  3. Formula  4. Relationships  5. Anchor Points  6. Perspective  7. Plains  8. Congruity  9. Instinct  10. Translate  11. Illusions  & 12. Correction
